And here we sit today, ever dependent upon foreign countries for our own energy. And the same politicians who bitch constantly about coal pollution turn a blind eye to what happened almost 12 years ago during a Clinton campaign stop.

We had 7 billion tons of clean-burning coal in our grasp, when your husband -- while a state away on a campaign stop, no less -- inexplicably declared the area a national monument: the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument, formerly known as the Kaiparowitz Plateau.

Did I mention this is the LARGEST coal field in the country?

This incident will not fly under the radar forever. It's one of the worst decisions made by a President in American History.

Forget Monica Lewinsky. For myself, this will forever be Bill Clinton's legacy. He put himself before the American people.
