Well, my new toy arrived today: a Bamboo pen tablet. I've been wanting to do this for years, and now modern technology has made it possible.
So in my first 10 minutes, I drew an all too familiar face: ![]() Rough draft, a tad wobbly, but not too shabby for a pen tablet virgin, methinks. In the coming months, I'll be starting a comic strip here. Why? A little humor is needed in this whole global warming nonsense. Besides, it can be persuasive to a non-scientific audience that finds the science a little too boring & overwhelming. I think a little humor can win some folks over to our side. Gotta speak the language of the common folk. And it's what I've always done best. Fits my personality as well. I'll probably be asking for some feedback here on the characters, which will likely be animals. I've probably got about 20 strips written already as far as subject matter goes. If anyone here would like to make some suggestions, feel free. I'm all for ideas.

Nice drawing, General. I can't draw worth a damn. If it wasn't for Solidworks I don't think I could draw a stick man.
A comic strip would be kind of nice around here. |

looks good AE. I agree with Dennis, a comic strip on here would definitely help.
Looking forward to seeing the first edition ! |
