NEW YORK, May 12 /PRNewswire/ -- The Naked Brothers Band heads to "The
Big Easy," rolling into New Orleans on their first national rock tour in
the new 90-minute TV movie, "Polar Bears," premiering Friday, June 6, at
8:00 p.m. (ET/PT) on Nickelodeon. Climate change is at the forefront of the
movie as the band witnesses the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina and
questions the environment's connection to the catastrophe. After Alex
watches the Oscar(R)-winning documentary "An Inconvenient Truth," the band
rallies together to raise money and awareness for the environment and in
particular for the polar bears, who stand a chance of extinction. The
heart-warming TV movie also includes the debut of three of the band's
latest songs, "I've Got a Question"; "Flying Away," written and performed
by Nat Wolff; and "Why," written and performed by Alex Wolff. Two
additional songs -- "Eventually" and "I'll Do Anything" will also be
featured in the episode. Both songs were written and performed by Nat
Wolff. The Naked Brothers Band airs regularly on Nickelodeon Saturday
nights at 8:30 p.m. (ET/PT).The Naked Brothers Band "Polar Bears" episode is one of several
Nickelodeon series that will incorporate green themes over the next year as
part of Nickelodeon's The Big Green Help multiplatform pro-social campaign.

and grassroots activity, The Big Green Help will provide information and
tools to help explain climate change to kids, and connect them to energy
saving and earth-friendly activities in their everyday lives. For more
