Did I call this months ago, or what? Last place I expected it would have been Alabama, though.

I remember someone posting something about japan doing something similiar.
not sure what to make of this, depending on a person's stress in life they may not have time to exercise (ie. single parent). I think a better way of handling this would be to reward those that do make an effort to remain healthy but those that choose not to do so, don't penalize them either. As the article said, it could easily stigmatize them. |

to me, there could be many factors contributing to someone being 'obese'.
One thing I am pretty certain of, if gov't didn't put soo much money towards the environment, there would be plenty of money (and change) towards programs into helping people become more aware of their bodies and lives. |
